The Sunny View House is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, is very comfortable and within easy
walking distance of Meeks Bay Resort and Marina, the best beach at Lake Tahoe. Our home has
recently been updated with new kitchen appliances, new carpet, a big screen TV , all new
linens, new patio furniture and a new 45,000 BTU gas grill. The upper level has a great room,
with dining area and kitchen, and one of the two master bedrooms (each of the master
bedrooms has a full bathroom). The great room features a big screen TV with satellite
reception, a DVD/VCR player, a CD/AM/FM stereo and a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is
fully equipped with tableware to seat 10 people. The upper level deck is nearly 500 square feet,
has new patio furniture and features a new gas gill. The lower level has 3 bedrooms (including
the 2nd master bedroom), 2 full bathrooms and the utility room (washer/dryer). In addition to
the 2nd master bedroom, the lower level features a kid’s room with a bunk bed, a double bed
and a TV for DVD/VCRs. The 3rd lower level bedroom has a double bed and a day bed.
